Divorce/Parenting Coach & Child Specialist

The specific therapeutic and counselling approach I use will depend on the unique needs of each individual or family. I primarily use elements of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Based approaches, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I am continually extending my professional development and am committed to providing approaches and techniques that work specifically for each client. I am also a member of Collaborative Divorce BC and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and work as a Divorce/Parenting Coach and a Child Specialist.

Session Format

All sessions begin with a full assessment, in order to ensure that the therapist is meeting the individual needs of each client. Most clients will choose between 8-12 sessions, however, this can vary depending on a variety of factors and can be discussed with your therapist as needed. All individual sessions will be between 50-60 minutes.
